he's much more prepared with Liberal/Progressive Talking Points than I would have ever thought of him.

I think that we underestimated him and we need to be much more wary about how he can sound to his "base." Remember, we might see Caribou Barbie for what she is ...but the average American tuning in..who's now clued in might see something very different from this debate than we Dems would see from it.

Just Saying. I think Obama has made some very good points and to attack McCain on that stage wouldn't be good. But, McCain seemed to have been "prepped" very well. I think we underestimated him...since he has seemed a dottering old fool..on verge of Alzheimers or dementia.

We underestimated. Let's make sure we don't do it again.

1. I don't know what you expected, but I didn't expect him to be a disaster, but that said he hasn't

been doing very well imo, Obama has been much stronger on the issues and on his vision of the future. I think Obama is winning hands down.

but, I'm seeing a more well-prepared McCain than I ever thought...and I have fundie relatives....I try to see this debate through their eyes. I wish it wasn't so...I always felt I was some bastard child in my family since I NEVER see things the way they do unless I go into "empathize mode." It kills me to do that. I have nightmares for weeks. :-(
