That's my only complaint. Particularly early in McCain's responses. I guarantee there will be some post debate chatter about how many times Obama got impatient and tried to interrupt. Absolutely no reason for it, and the apolitical types who watch debates like this don't like it. I've seen that while hosting debate watching parties since '96. At least it wasn't overboard like Gore's sighs in debate #1, but a minor unnecessary variable.
