Does it feel like this day has extra hours in it?
I woke up early, I've been listening all day to these idiots on t.v. waiting impatiently until 9pm. Its been a loooooong road that we all have been on... Its been almost 2yrs of campaigning, debates between the parties, the shows of the conventions, and now on the cusp of the election, we have the face to face debates... I am on the edge of my seat... AND now a CRISIS hits a month or so out from the election, scaring elderly, pissing off a lot of voters/ tax payers, and having serious questions about the direction of our country and the "leaders" who we've elected to handle these difficult times....

I'm ready for a President Obama.. Its rolling off of people's mouths like its a done deal. I worry that the Bush admin. and Republicans are setting up 2010 and 2012 to BLAME the democrats for fucking up the country and handing money over to rich assholes who didn't care who they hurt while they were making the money.

Anyway, today is just seeming way tooooo long and I seriously will feel better after the first debate is over and the rest of America can see what 1/2 the country already sees when they look at our President Obama.

1. Oh yes!
And I want the vote to be TOMORROW.

Nearly 40 days is WAY too long for the Pigs at the trough to put our dire situation under the rug and distract us with lame "issues".

3. McCain may have made the headlines, but with headlines like that,
I wouldn't want them.... He has managed to piss off many Dems in the Senate and House and cause problems with the current White House. He jumps around like a looney man. His running mate is a freaking joke who makes NO sense (I would handle this position better than she can and I'm not a Republican and I look better in a suit). Through it all, Obama makes steady, re-assuring comments and uses his head and multi-task abilities to make people laugh, smile and feel a little bit more at ease over having to prop up wallstreet assholes.

4. I'll tell you
The polls might not reflect this now, but this has been a very strong week for Barack.

5. You poor dear. We only have to wait until 6pm here.
I am glad that it's on earlier out west. I hope lots of Nevadans and Coloradans will be watching. :)
