My productivity is officially zero right now. It is 12.18 EST and I am waiting for the debate. I am that pathetic. Who else is with me?

29. I'm making a smoked salmon tart
and peach puree for bellinis.

Salmon tart recipe:

1 1/2 cups king arthur flour
1 stick butter
couple of tablespoons ice water

Whir flour and butter in food processor. add water slowly until a ball is formed. roll out to fit 11 inch tart pan with removable bottom.
fit into pan. Stick in freezer for 20 minutes. Blind bake tart shell for 15 min at 400. turn oven down to 350 and bake another 5 to 10 minutes.

mix 8 oz package of cream cheese with 2 tbsps sour cream. Add two tbsps chopped capers, one tsp grated lemon peel and one tsp finely chopped red onion. Spread on cooled tart shell. Place slice from 8 oz package of good smoked salmon on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with one tablspoon chopped chives and some more capers. Serve slices with lemon wedges.
