Its all about him. Showing video of him walking fast through the capital like he is on a mission. The old wise man. This is bullshit.

1. He's probably running into the bathroom..
or running from reporters or running from Obama he's a chickenshit who runs away from a fight and tough questions (remember the canceled Larry King interview?). he is only in the way right now. he needs to STFU and let his colleagues do their damn job!!

2. That's the plan. All photo-op.
This kind of nonsense can work politically. But, to go from complete shambles yesterday to an agreement today seems not possible, unless yesterday's objections were just a ploy to give more time for McCain to be on-site during negotiations.

3. But he's not in any of the meetings. They won't let him in the major negotiations
I highly doubt that Obama will be quiet today, and whatever he does may be more low key but probably much more effective than McCain's bluster.

5. I better change the channel then. Because MSNBC is all about
what's McCain up to today. McCain, McCain, McCain.

7. I don't get MSNBC on this TV, so perhaps I'm lucky today
I only watch MSNBC starting at 8PM, before that it's pretty dicey IMO

11. Actually I'm listening to AP on Nova M
Actually I'm listening to the AP and they seem to be doing the same. At the start of the AP they mentioned that McBush is trying to get a bipartisan bill.
