"City of Blinding Lights" ringtone for Verizon?

I searched on my phone and could not find it. There is this website that came up on google called Thumb Play. Have any of you ever used it? It wants me to enter my phone number (of course) and email address to get the ring tone. Just worried they will sell my cell phone number. Anyway, have any of you ever used this? Do you know anywhere else I might find the song? I'm assuming it is an older song? Never heard of it until Obama had it as his theme song (well the song that plays when he walks out).

It's not often I get to promote my favorite candidate and one of my favorite bands at the same time. Almost wish I still used a cell phone myself, so I could use it as a ringtone too.
