Had McCain ever mentioned his alcoholic father before?
In the interview he said his father got down on his knees twice a day and prayed OUT LOUD. More pandering? I do not think he is a spiritual person.

I know I'm not the most objective viewer but that interview he did was so disingenuous. Does anyone really believe he hikes up that hill in Arizona to get some peace and clarity? He lied about many things. Even the dog tag story was highly embellished.

3. Did you see how quickly he covered up his hiking story....
by saying there's no trail up there. Otherwise he could have been outed on his lie.

10. he came across as very disingenuous to me too. He acted like he was trying to fool the interviewer.
I think many people in middle could watch that program and see a huge difference between these two men in terms of trustworthiness. Seems so obvious.

4. Another untreated alcoholism related nutjob in the WH.
No wonder he's the way he is.

5. Wonder how his alcoholic father
felt about McSame marrying a BEER heiress. The irony.

7. Too funny, when the interviewer asked why he finished last in class,"was it the women or the booze?"

8. ...so what was his answer?
Thanks in advance for your reply! (I'll be happy with either answer... or did they go to commercial?)

9. He was taken back by it, and said people make too much of the women & booze, I was just rebellious,
and didn't take well to discipline, yada, yada, yada. Me & hubby cracked up laughing! It made McCain very uncomfortable.

I'm so glad they asked that question and put him on the spot like that. Thanks so much for answering--it made me crack up laughing too!
