Did anyone catch what Laura Linney just said on the Emmys about community organizers?

Laura Linney just won an Emmy for her work on John Adams...I had the Emmys on in the background, and I think that her last thank you line was something like "And thank you to the community organizers who helped form this country", or something to that effect. Anyone catch what she said?

17. She's a wonderful person and a true liberal

She's very talented and classy. I was once told by a friend that I looked liker her, and it was one of the best compliments I've ever received. Of course the friend was being over-the-top flattering, the way friends are with each other, but I liked the flattery anyway!
