82. I went to both events and you are right

I am a horrible judge of crowd sizes, but the Welcome Home rally for Sarah had maybe about 300 people excluding press and the family/party/campaign people on the stage, but including the Wasilla High band.

The police extimated the anti-Palin rally had 1,500 people about 45 minutes before it hit it's maximum number of people. It was the largest rally that anyone knows about happening in Alaska, and possibly the largest in the history of the state.
