Labor Rights Can Be Good Trade Policy

I have to admit I haven't read this yet myself because I'm working and it was just posted on CAP's front page today. And my son didn't write all of the text, only about 5 pages of the report itself. But he did put together all the data for it that the Fellow used to base his conclusions on.

2. Good for him! This whole "global economy" "new world order" that's been
crammed down our collective throats has turned out to be the biggest clusterfuck to every worker in every country we've ever seen.

And it began before Bush and was a creation of people who shall remain nameless but were in power before him.

I saw this coming, fucking NAFTA....

4. That's their excuse for everything now. And these are the people
who refused to even consider that we were even part of a global anything until it was to their monetary advantage to do so. Pisses me right off.

5. Free trade was sold to us as "helping 3rd world countries prosper"...
More like enslavement.

The unspoken policy toward undocumented workers is a parallel phenom.
