Scarborough: "The chickens have come home to roost"
Talking about the National Debt that has exploded in the last 8 years, and the surplus that the R's squandered.

16. That was my first thought too
Oh. Poor Joe. He lost some money. Let me try to whip up my best crocidile tears for him.

Nope, can't do it. I can't cry for Joe.

You are right. He wouldn't care if he wasn't personally affected. He's spend years playing the game. Repeating the memes and promoting himself. He's not that bright but he's gotten where he is by playing the game and helping to con the American people. Now, all that money he's socked away in investments are taking a tumble.

Not to mention this affects the whole network. One sector of the media's advertisers are gone. The trickle down economy has become the domino economy and it is hitting the media. There goes Joe's personal investments and there may not be a lot of non-merit raises around MSNBC in the near future.

19. Would have been nice if he'd spoken up when it mattered...
...like Olbermann did.:patriot: What is the motivation to speak now? Is he just a slow learner, or is it $$$$ ?

8. Republican replaces Liberal as a dirty word...
Man, the pukes did to themselves what the Democrats have been able to do. Republicans have handily made themselves persona-non-grata in this country. Talk about self destruction.

11. I still don't trust Moron Joe
Edited on Thu Sep-18-08 09:37 AM by bobd0
When McCain picked Palin Moron Joe went nuts. That was on a Friday. By Monday morning he was backing her 100% and shouting talking points.

The Republicans saved his ass from a murder investigation and got him a nice propaganda post on MSNBC to boot. Moron Joe is simply letting his handlers know he won't stand to lose his "hard earned" fortune in the coming depression. As soon as they guaranty his losses he'll be back singing the praises of McCain/Palin and beating up on Obama daily.

That's Moron Joe. You can't trust him, or any Republican for that matter.

23. His backtracking was patronizing and stupid..
trying to use the American worker like a shield the way they've been using American soldiers since 9/11. I'm glad those auto workers at GM shouted him down yesterday, the emperor has no clothes.

26. Sometimes I don't know about Scarborough, at least he's not as up/down as Tweety.
Wooh...that guy makes my head spin. One minute he's frying a Repub over a grill in defense of Obama and not letting anyone get a word in edgewise. Next minute, "Obama is not passionate enough."...sigh.

Scarborough's temporary lapses make me smile.
