They are reading Gail Collins latest where she talks about how John McCain rolls out a new version of himself all the time lately and they come to the following quote:

"McCain used to like reporters and now he treats them like they have the Ebola virus".

Poor Mika, she says she kind of feels like the Ebola virus but she's fine.

Joe says "he must have seen these polls coming". lol.

7. good grief. I knew that I stopped watching this show for a reason.

I turned it on, and they were replaying the "old boys network" zinger from Obama...(while the MJ crew liked it), apparently, Obama is using code language and calling McCain OLD...even though it is a direct reply to language that McCain has been using. And then Joe started randomly talking about how in politics, people try to "out" their gay opponents by talking about how they're for gay adoption, etc. WTF?

They do not deserve the ratings and need to be cancelled. IF Obama does manage to get elected we do not want Joe to have a show where every morning he can start bashing an Obama administration.

What are his ratings these days? Cause the show really sucks. I mean even CNN's American Morning is better, and that show sucks too.

just the other day he was gushing about how with Princess Barracuda on board McBush couldn't lose, that from here on out, it was the heights for that ticket. Obama was stupid not to pick Hillary, blah blah blah.

McCain spends his entire career courting the press, calling them his base and cultivating friendships with pundits. Now, suddenly, weeks before the election of his life, he's turning on the reporters who are most supportive of him and spurning the media outlets that (for better or worse) control what news the public sees? It's truly bizarre.
