It seems to me that McCain's campaign is ill-served by the people he sends out to represent him in the media. I almost can't keep up with how many times Tucker Bounds has gotten his ass kicked on tv. Nancy Pfotenhauer is better, but not much. Carly Fiorina made an ass out of herself yesterday, but that was hardly the first time. McCain's even sent out Rudy to shill for him and that guy has all the appeal and charisma of a ghoul.

I saw one woman, a congresswoman on a show the other night representing McCain and she was pretty good. Other than that he has some poor representation.

I remember 4 years ago, Bush at least had some good representatives, of course, I couldn't stand them but I'd have sawed my arms off before I'd have ever voted for Bush. I always thought Matthew Dowd, Karen Hughes, Dan Bartlett etc, were all pretty effective. Dowd and Hughes were always top notch representatives. Always on message, cool under fire, very skilled surrogates. McCain's people seem all over the map and have little appeal.

Not that it hurts my feelings any, you just think the GOP bench would be a little deeper than it is for good surrogates.

"This Way to the Egress."

6. Eric Cantor was thug-jacked by Tweety
yesterday. That was pure brutality. That guy probably cried himself to sleep last night.
