NBC News tonight did a fact check on Palin that was devastating.

They exposed several lies/exaggerations Palin has made recently. Looks like the media is turning on her now - finally. Here are some details:

-- Palin exagerrated the percent of oil/gas supplied by AK to US by a factor of about 3.
-- Palin lied about travelling to Iraq and Ireland.
-- Palin was wrong when she claimed few VP candidates have had foreign policy exposure.
-- Palin did not reject the "bridge to nowhere".

There were several issuse. I can't remember them all but one related to some statement that Palin made about the percent of oil AK provides to the US. She exaggerated by about 3X. Her spokeswoman was in high spin mode. Pathetic.

20. Didn't see much of it, but Ben Stein was on Larry King

During the part I saw he was absolutely ripping Republican stewardship of the economy, and McCain's lack of a program. However, I only saw a snippet. When Larry King showed the line that Obama said today about McCain's staff meeting, Stein actually laughed.

I was floored.
