18. Moore responded to McCain's remarks about his F911 film

Said McCain mischaracterized a scene from the film and in fact hadn't seen F911, but he respects John McCain. Katie takes Moore to task, saying he portrayed Saddam's Iraq in a positive light. Moore responds, no, he was trying to put a face on Iraqi civilians who were killed in bombings in the early stages of the war. Katie asks does he mind being "the face of the Democratic Party," because he is so "polarizing." Michael says, well, my face actually looks like much of middle America. Lots of leg-flashing and hair-tossing and strained smiles from Katie. Says you're not really pro-Kerry, you're just anti-Bush, right? Michael says no, that's not really true. Short segment, Moore did a good job, didn't lose his cool and made sense.
