1. It must have been a good date. "kissed" instead of "missed" :)

4. lol!!! I *almost* left it that way...
but we've been dating for a while. I guess I could call him my boyfriend. We had a very nice time. He took me to his favorite restaurant.

2. The opening sketch was OK, could have been much more vicious. Tina Fey did
a good impression of Palin, but I wish she had at least once said "exactly" like Palin says it: "igzeeeeackly" in that high-pitched squeak.

8. I'm with you, and we seem to be in the minority. I thought it was just OK.
It would have been mush funnier to have an actor palying McCain instaed of the old and safe Hillary/Proule skit. Over at MADTV, they had Bobby Lee playing McCain in a skit of Obama?McCain facing off in a "So You Think You Can Dance" skit. Much funnier because it was nastier, something SNL has given up on.

3. I just watched it here:

I usually dislike SNL but this was pretty cool. Tina Fey IS sarah palin.

5. "If the media can't grow a pair, I'll lend you mine"
God, that was classic. I agree with the previous op. It could have been more biting.

7. Yeah, there were some good lines
I'd liked the "Hillary" lines the best really...she was an excellent foil. SNL sketches always run too long for me...they stretch the material and it gets saggy in the middle.
