At His Next Rally Obama Should Say This One Liner Regarding Lipstick:

"What I could have said, to avoid any mental confusion on the part of John McCain, is 'The difference between George W. Bush and Sarah Palin is .... lipstick!'

Or something along the lines of the above.

What do people think?

2. Exactly!
He was talking about the difference between the the Republican policies under Bush/Cheney and the Republican policies under McCain/Palin.

It's like putting lipstick on a pig.

Now he can go directly after McCain/Palin in a humorous non-sexist way showing that Palin will continue the Bush/Cheney government policies.

But, let's not make something simple and easy to understand real complex and difficult!

I think it's a good one liner but if someone can come up with something better on the "lipstick" controversy that would be great.

around for eons and used by many. I use it, my parents used it, my grandparents used it and even McCain has recently used it. It wasn't said as a personal insult.. it's a METAPHOR and McCain's camp playing this up proves that they think Americans are dumber then dirt and to those who know better making a stink about this just makes them look foolish.

If Obama had really wanted to insult Palin or McCain more he could have used another old saying about a pig, "Never teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of time and annoys the pig." or how about "you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear"? The fact is that he wasn't talking about Palin or McCain personally but policies... ISSUES.

Remember what McCain's campaign manager, Davis, said, "This election is not about issues, this election is about a composite view of what people take away from these candidates." (personalities)? That was a clue that they know that they don't have JACK for REAL issues so they HAVE to make it about personalities.

5. Sounds Sexist..
LOL, not really, sounds good. Only problem the more her name is mentioned the more the GOP are feeding on it..

Everything with Palin is sexist or meida biased. We have to remember that.
