23. Those links are actually for Political Action Committees which accept a maximum of $5,000 per person

PACs = hard money, $5,000 limit per donor per cycle
527s = soft money, unlimited donations.

So give $5,000 to MoveOn PAC and another $5,000 to DFA, if you can afford it, but not a penny more.

...both the forms indicate that they only want money from US citizens.

Here a couple of other pro-Obama organizations which might accept money from Canadians (I don't see anything on their websites about only accepting from US citizens.) You can email them before donating to make sure that they accept money from Canadians:

Before YouTube I was one of the two DU'rs here that practically Invented the Flash political Attack Ad oneline.. my ARMY OF ONE flash was turned into a 30 second ad and shown all over the cable networks (3000 times) during the Dem primary - it was one of 14 finalists out of 6500 entries in the MoveOn.org's "Bush in 30 seconds", and I was invited to a big NYC bash where they turned the spotlight on me while Michael Moore called out my name and entry :)

I've wanted to make MORE but am too poor to pay attention, but at this point I also seem to have lost all my PRIDE too :)
