She seems like her voice is always a pitch higher and on the edge of breaking. There is a nervousness in her voice that I find unsettling. It is confrontational and emotional and defensive in sound. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Hi, all. This is my first post here. I've been reading for a few weeks and finally decided to post. I spent several days trying to think of who Palin's voice reminds me of. Finally thought of it. She sounds just like Mrs. Loopner, Lisa Loopner's mother on Saturday Night Live.
