Ask John McCain why he's pro-pedophile
McCain's commercial proves that he is against children learning to protect themselves against being molested. The dishonorable John McCain is against children being taught how to tell someone if they are being molested. John McCain needs to explain why he is pro-pedophile and anti-child. :grr:

As soon as the VA headquarters opens, I'm calling to ask why. (703) 418-2008

1. You've lost me on this. I'm sure it has to
do with one of his positions on either education or internet regulation ( or both), but I need some info.

2. McCain commercial twisting facts in the most perverse way imaginable
CHICAGO — Republican John McCain's presidential campaign released a new television ad Tuesday that says Democratic rival Barack Obama is bad for families because he supports sex education for kindergarteners. Obama's campaign called the ad a "shameful" distortion.

The ad says Obama has a weak record on education and that his only accomplishment was legislation to teach sex education to kindergarteners.

"Learning about sex before learning to read?" the ad says. "Barack Obama. Wrong on education. Wrong for your family."

But the legislation was not Obama's, it never became law and it would have required age-appropriate information in schools. Obama has said that means warning children about sexual predators and explaining concepts like "good touch and bad touch."

"It is shameful and downright perverse for the McCain campaign to use a bill that was written to protect young children from sexual predators as a recycled and discredited political attack against a father of two young girls," Obama spokesman Bill Burton said in a statement.

Burton noted that in a recent interview with Time magazine, McCain refused to define 'honor.'

"Now we know why," Burton said.

14. Unbelievable. Thanks. I figured
it was something like that, but I thought it would be about McCain voting something down. This is despicable.

16. Thanks also. You go
to work in the morning ( I teach) and by the time you get back, the Republicans have pulled off something like this. It will blow up in their faces.

4. My first reaction to the ad is that it basically calls Obama a pedophile
the smirking black-and-white Obama photo (and they have him looking DOWN), the juxtopositioning of "sex" and "kindergarteners" in large type.

This is the foulest thing I've ever seen from an official Presidential campaign ever. I expected nothing less from McWhore.

6. That was my reaction as well. McBullshit is implying that exact smear against Obama.
Was is McBush's campaign thinking by running a commercial that clearly shows disregard for child safety? They really do think we're stupid.

5. It needs to be a WTF? commercial
Edited on Wed Sep-10-08 07:03 AM by Bad Thoughts
As in "Obama supported legislation to put children on guard against pedophiles. McCain called this 'sex education.'" Blank Screen. "Really, John?"

8. That is a great, great response and I hope the Obama campaign sees it.
Only improvement "to TEACH children to be on guard . . ." - that ties to "education" better.

10. I'd do it myself if I had time and know-how
Obama could use a few commercials that focus on McCain, either his politics or policy, that don't also promote Obama. Just critique, plain and simple.

9. Add in anti-rape victim
The Alaska state legislature drafted a bill forcing local police departments to foot the bill for a rape kit. Why? Because the Palin's hand-picked chief of police was CHARGING rape victims for the cost of a rape kit.

http://www.frontiersman.com/articles/2000/05/23/news.txta

These feaks are so sexually repressed that they want to sweep pedophilia and rape under the rug. Just pretend it doesn't exist and then force women and teenagers to carry a baby to term even when that child is the result of rape. Sick, sick ,sick.

12. I could hardly believe it when I read that this morning. Victims pay for their own rape kits while
Miss Runnerup wants to use tax dollars for an unnecessary stadium. Rethuglicans are some sick, twisted people.

13. Great question. This is a much more serious issue than "lipstick on a pig" and needs media attention
Oh, wait. I just remembered; the media doesn't care about serious issues.
