Rigging tracking polls: Is this the new RW or Corporate Media plan?
Just in case any of you here didn't read the article....

It looks like the Corporate Media is actually manipulating the polls to make it look like McCain got a bounce. It seems awful suspicious that the latest polls are actually oversampling Republicans by a lot, when in fact many more Democrats now are registered than Republicans. The article from Huffington Post:

Poll Madness: McCain Takes Lead Even As Democrats Out-Register Republicans?

This week's mainstream coverage of the presidential horse-race has been dominated by a series of polls showing the McCain-Palin ticket with its first stable lead over Obama and Biden. Gallup's tracking poll, USA Today and CBS News all show the Republicans with some kind of lead over the Democratic ticket. But, interestingly, all three polls were also conducted using a higher sampling of Republican voters than in July, raising a question of methodology.

In a year in which Democrats have a lead of 11 million registered voters over Republicans, and have been adding to that advantage through a robust field operation, are pollsters over-sampling Republicans?

3. To make the election theft look good, they have to cook the polls too.
If the polls just before the election show Obama ten points ahead, then he mysteriously loses by fifteen points, the rethugs risk getting lynched.

4. Well, they learned how to steal elections
and if the polling is close, people believe the results.

And now we will see what happens if the polling is not close... they simply fudge the polling too... make the polling close and then back to plan A.

That's my theory.

I live it a very Red part of Arizona. Rural, military base nearby, fundies and Mormons everywhere.

And yet I have only seen 2 McCain 2008 bumper stickers. Two. Dozens of Obama stickers, dozens of Bush/Cheney '04 stickers (left overs). But no McCain stickers.

My only belief is that nobody here really likes the guy. But I'm sure that the polling data says McCain is up by a lot and that the state is going McCain. I'm not so sure of that myself. I think in a fair election here, Obama wins a squeaker. And this is McCain's home state.

5. They don't call it the "Corporate" media for nothing!
They work for the masters....journalism be damned!

Corporate polling outfits aren't much better. They've got to eat.
