Why is the headline to this article on yahoo this
Obama tries to steal Nebraska electoral vote from McCain

It's not the title of the AP story. There's no sign of any criminal activity on Obama's part in the whole story. Dare I suggest the title is racially motivated?

Edited on Tue Sep-09-08 03:16 PM by Heather MC
The Article talks about how Nebraska CAN split their Votes but they never have
How the hell can Obama "Steal" Electoral votes
we need to write these people to explain this and fix it.
it's inflammatory

15. sounds like Katrina again
where certain people were looting and stealing and certain people were obtaining and foraging and the race of the person mattered as to how the headline read.

4. They often switch the headline after a little while
At the very very beginning, they let loose an outrageous headline, then fix it.

It's probably an attempt at subliminal influence.

If Obama wins the election, he will be stealing it from McCain
Why would Obama try to steal from a war hero?

Yahoo is very fair and balanced.

13. I Live in Omaha.. he can fuckin' STEAL THE SHIT OUT OF IT as far as i'm concerned!
But, I agree.. the title is very biased. We haven't voted yet - it's not McCain's to HAVE.

I have to admit.. i would be fucking THRILLED if Obama won Omaha. I would do a dance in the streets. And, canvasses are happening all over town!

18. I'm not sure we can win with the MSM doing this. It's everywhere lately.
I actually heard on Headline New after a clip of a McCain rally the news anchor state..."Wow, that's a really great line. You've got to state that objectively. A really great line."

WTF has happened to journalism!!!!
