I've been reading all the posts this week from fellow women about reaching out to women who have been swayed by the Palin choice. There's a common thread that many of McCain's new female support is purely because they relate to Palin as woman (with no regard to her anti-woman ideaology.) The media is pushing a meme of Palin's growing "sisterhood", Srew that! Let's show them some REAL sisterhood.

So, I'm proposing.. right here.. right now..

The Sisterhood of Obama Supporers! (SOS) I just want a role call here of those that are part of the Sisterhood. It requires nothing of you today, but to give a shout out to the Sisterhood. By replying here, we're showing our numbers and our support for Obama/Biden, and that we believe that the election is about more than gender. We also know that Obama/Biden is the only PRO-woman choice in November. By signing on this thread, we are also affirming our commitment to educate our sisters out there who think that all is needed to advance the cause of women is to choose someone with female anatomy.
