5. It's been over a week. I think we need to get back to McCain now.

There is far too much chatter about McCain's veep pick. Let the rightie base have her--let them worship at her feet. Who cares. They are the repub base and would never vote for a Democrat anyway.

It's about making sure independents and wavering Dems know all about McCain's failings and how Obama will be a better president.

It's about experience in Washington not being the same as having wisdom and sound judgement.

It's about a guy who has a temperament ill-suited to the oval office, and one who has the perfect temperament.

It's about one guy being able to control himself and stand strong, and the other one letting himself be blown about by political winds in order to get votes.


Want Obama to win? Then start talking him up, talking McCain down, and letting the rest sort itself out.
