It doesn't matter that Palin has agreed to sit down for a softball interview with Charlie Gibson late next week; she'll forever be unable to deny that her own advisers said she needed more time to "become comfortable" before doing so. That is bizarre. You're either ready right now to assume this grave position of responsibility or you're not ready.

This is someone the nation should place its confidence in to protect our nation, our families? The Obama people need to hit this issue hard.

not sure if you saw my thread post from earlier, but this is a HUGE issue. the world has to be laughing at this person that cannot even answer a reporter's question - and - a fact that many don't think we should talk about (Palin herself), being the potential president if McCain should pass, which they say is 1 in 3 for HEALTHY men of his age, well - that's too much for me to NOT talk about how dangerous of a VP she would be for America!

3. They're reprogramming her.

She's certainly more than capable of speaking for herself -- at least, it has seemed that way here while she's been mayor and governor. They just don't want her slipping up and actually speaking as herself ... that was pretty obvious in her acceptance speech which was totally staged and fake. In truth, Sarah Palin did not support McCain during the primaries (nor did many other Alaskans -- he came in dead last here with the Republicans at a time when almost all the candidates were still on the ballot), didn't endorse any of the other Republican candidates, and actually spoke fairly highly of Obama. Certainly, Rove et al. can't have her speaking her true feelings.
