Biden on "Meet The Press" today
---

During this interview, and EVERY interview, he needs to turn to the camera at the appropriate time and remind the American voter that Mrs. Palin has declined these type of interviews, indefinitely.

2. I rethought this
Perhaps let the host bring up Palin declining to be interviewed.

If she shows up soon it would look foolish and Biden would come off as to "aggresive".

Maybe?

4. He was excellent though
I like how he laughed and said that he, as a Catholic, always believed in redemption when Brokaw asked him about Lieberman.

5. Don't worry, Biden did just fine.
He kicked ass on the Iraq issue and handled an issue on old stuff regarding ties with Dupont & MBNA. He was quite matter-of-fact, comfortable, and very direct with his responses.

9. That was some stunning journalism there by Brokaw. Just stunning.
I especially liked the question about the New York Post having a headline saying that Oprah didn't want Palin to come on her show and Oprah campaigned for Obama and supported him and by Oprah not letting Palin on her show does this show that Obama is an elitist and that he's out of touch with regular Americans.

Ed Murrow, meet Tom Brokaw.

10. what left me "bitter"
Brokaw asked Biden about Biden's son's link to the banking industry (groan) and what this says about Biden and the Change mantra.

Of course Biden's answer was on point and he dismissed any shady dealings BUT if Brokaw was doing HIS job, he'd bring up the fact that Mccain's own son, Andrew, was the director of a recently failed bank (Silver State), that Andrew had just resigned from the bank little over 1 month ago and what role this could possibly play in Mccain's campaign.

Biden did great but Brokaw failed.

14. Yes, and let's not even mention that Brokaw
didn't mention that the lobbyist he does, is for hospitals, and universities. They are so right wing, I can't stand it. (MTP)

12. I find Tom Brokaw terrible as a moderator
I am glad that Biden smacked him down a few times.

Let's see Mooselini do that, she doesn't know Foreign Policy from her left ass cheek.
