I just went on Bob Barr's website and he is in the process of battling with several offices of Secretary of State to keep his name on the ballot. Two of the states in question are Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

If we can keep Bob Barr on the ballot we can win divert votes from McCain. Pennsylvania is crucial.

He needs money to fight the legal battles. I think it would probably be against the rules to ask people to donate so I'm not doing that :) . I'm just pointing out that he needs money in order to keep his name on the ballot.

2. That was a ballot issue. My dad thinks he probably screwed it up, he said the

ballot was impossible to understand (and he had no cognitive impairment). This is different, the dems won't choose between Obama and Barr only the reps will.
