7. People will flame me for it but I think that date should have been moved earlier.
Mainly because of what was just noted - "politicizing'. Unfortunately, thanks to Dems not owning any of the corporate media like the repukes, any "just before the election" announcement of investigation results would be lampooned AS "a political stunt". And since the Dems don't seem to have a method or strategy for countering such charges, having it a bit earlier actually gives them time to put a coherent spin on it.

This is a repuke vs repuke war and it seems alot of them are eager for some payback.

11. I think it's been pushed to as early as is possible
A three week jump in release date is no joke. Also, yeah, I do think it's unfairly politicizing the issue, but it's unfair in our favor so let's not complain.

9. I don't see how moving it from a few days before the election to a few weeks
helps them that much. :nopity:

12. The October date was set before Palin was announced as VP, was it not?
This should have been a consideration during the (COUGH, COUGH) thorough (COUGH, COUGH) vetting process she went through. Since the powers that be still approved Palin for VP, this should not be an issue.

(Yes, I think she's going down.)
