He needs to do something. Something hard and swift. Mccain did it the Palin announcement - he needs to do something to change the damn news cycle?

What you think it will be?

Powell endorsement ftw?

6. The sails were never full!
They won the news cycle with Palin but she's just a distraction.... "It's McCain Stupid" "It's McCain Stupid" "It's McCain Stupid" The speech last nigh was what i would call "acceptable" nothing new or interesting to independents.

2. I don't have any idea
but it will be big and bold. His campaign had been perfect. He backed off and let them enjoy their convention. Now he is going to suck the wind out of their sails. I think it will be bigger than an endorsement. Maybe we have a big scandal to drop--like Bushies DUI.....

5. Neocons won. They've succeeded in making 2008 about Obama instead of about Bush. Pathetic Dems.

7. Ack, Powell?
I hope to god it's not a Powell endorsement. That's about the only thing that could fuel the bizarre Wednesday-night RNC talking point of "Obama = George W., not McCain = Dubya". I can see McCain surrogates gloating on the MSM already... "A former member of the Bush administration just endorsed Barack Obama. That's not change we can believe in!"

8. I'm hoping for a series of things
Hillary smacking down Caribou Barbie

Powell endorsing early in the day.

Obama camp releases nine figure August fund raising numbers.

That would eb a triple whammy McCain would be unable to come back from.

9. since he is
running on his war record, do you think there might be any scandals there?

Is there a statute of limitations on any war crimes he may have committed?
