The Question That Needs To Be Asked Every Day
By strategists and surrogates. Why won't the Cons let her give an interview or hold a press conference? What are they hiding, what are they afraid of?

2. The answer is simple....actions speak louder than words...
By hiding her, they know that there is nothing there...........

3. She's not ready for the big leagues.
She's clueless on national issues and she's got mounds of skeletons in her closet. They don't want her to be asked any questions that will embarrass her. Country first, my ass. McCain't-Half-Baked are in full CYA mode. More of the same from the gop.

4. They Need To Be Called Ot On This Like McBush Tried To Do With Obama On Ieaq
Her not willing to face up needs to become an issue and after a couple of weeks of her ducking out they need to do a "Where's Sarah" ad.

11. McCain't too. He's been avoiding the media since that interview with Time
where he answered questions with, "Read my books." :eyes:

5. I suspect you're being rhetorical
Because we all know the answer, at least on DU where we actually look past the cult of personality.

But I agree with you completely. The question needs to be asked daily and LOUDLY. Blaring. We must make a movement of it and hound her pathetic, chickenshit ass, follow her, "Sarah speak to us!" we should yell at every opportunity.

Sarah, speak to us!

We are the voters, you want to represent us. Speak to us, Sarah!

6. Yup, Yup, Yup
To quote Sarah. We need to be relentless on this because the plan is to duck, bob and weave on their part. Their crass dishonesty needs to be called out. They know she will blow it and will do anything to avoid it.

7. I thought the question....
was going to be "Are you better off today than you were eight years ago?"

Gotta love using Reagans words against McCain!

8. It's becoming a cat and mouse game.
The McCain campaign is experiencing difficult relations with the media already. There are issues about Palin that are going to be hitting the fan in the upcoming week(s). Their campaign is trying to intimidate the media, by threatening to sue the Inquirer for one of those uncomfortable stories. More, if journalists simply ask her about issues domestic and international, her answers risk exposing her lack of qualifications.

10. IMO, that's pretty much the only focus I'd have on Palin. Why she can't handle press interviews
