NPR this morning covered Palin's lie about "the bridge" saying
she knew that her state received (in past tense) the money and she lied when she said she told Congress, "thanks but no thanks."

Again, just like * and the Rethugs Palin is PLAINLY LYING! BOLD OUTRIGHT LIES! Which, BTW, can be refuted.

The Republicans are continuing their "say one thing while doing another" MO and if Americans, believe what they say (AGAIN!) regardless of their actual actions then we get more of what we've had in the past 8 years.

"EIGHT IS ENOUGH!"

2. Yes, NPR did an excellent job this morning...
... they devoted much of the "Palin Report" to the Bridge to Nowhere and earmarks issues. In other words, they did not treat this as an addendum, but as a major fact check.

3. I'm glad they're calling her on it, because it's not a slip.

She told the same lie in her first speech after she was announced as McCain's choice, using almost the same exact words as what she said last night.

4. A lie that she keeps purposefully repeating because she thinks
it sounds good; it is a catchy phrase.
