Were the Palins and McCains playing "Hot Potato" with baby Trig?
Every time the camera panned there, the baby was passed to another person... that baby got passed around so much, I'll bet he got motion sickness. They must have been playing "hot potato", and whoever was holding the baby when the speech ended was the winner! Poor little thing, to be used by so many.

I think Piper won.

1. I can't imagine it's good for a five-month old baby
to be jostled around late at night in a deafening arena. Let him sleep in the hotel room, FFS. Of course, then she wouldn't have her prop.

5. How is it an attack on the baby
to note that his shitty parents are using him as a prop?

10. Actuallly, if you read the post, it was attacking the mother for treating her child child like
a photo op accessory.

6. At least he got to wear
socks and shoes for the speech. They also completely ditched the blanket. Oh, I forgot...they don't need it now that we all know that Bristol is pregnant. (albeit not AS pregnant last night as before)

Lucky for them, the poor little guy never moves a muscle. Doesn't seem to mind being continually passed around like a collection plate on Sunday.

Maybe I'm just old school, but I can't even fathom why he's being treated as a photo op prop. I think it is child abuse.

8. hear, hear. A special needs infant shouldn't be a political photo-op.
What a frigging disgrace.

7. I couldn't believe that he was quiet through all of that.
When mine were that age sudden noises (like the applause) would've had them flinching and screaming their little heads off and grasping at me.
