can Carville get involved with the Kerry Campaign?

I like him so much and he is a good surrogate for us...is this at all possible and if it is, why have we not attempted to use him on our side..I thought he did great for Clinton!

Good question. I think the guy is the biggest political talent we have. If it were me, he'd be at my side every minute.

4. I have to tell you.....

I absolute love Carville and without a doubt we need a few rabid attack dogs out there. However, with his accent and appearance many non Democrats see him as a looney bin. He just appears to be out of control and people find him hard to understand when he gets on a roll.

The reality is we need folks out there who can out talk those republican hacks without appearing out of control. Personally as much as I have found him to be a distasteful whore in the past, someone with the qualities of Chris Matthews (without the hedging) is more like it.

We need someone who can really get in their faces consistently. Terry and Donna sure don't cut it in my book. And there are no other operatives out there on our side who are memorable enough to be effective
