It seems to me that Palin was selected in the hope that the GOP could make the election discussion about Palin and not about the carnage visited on America and the world by the Bush Administration. Every day that the GOP can have a media dust-up about Palin or attacks on Palin is one less day that the discussion is about what Bush has done and McCain vows to continue. I hope most Democrats and liberal media are not lured into the trap of endlessly attacking Palin. It's exactly why she was chosen.
