Palin and Giuliani were Governor and Mayor.
They don't vote in a legislative body.
It's so stupid it is unbearable to watch.

3. Present is another way of saying NO only Stronger
in the Illinois Senate. It means FUCK NO, not just no. They manipulate the meaning of words to suite their storyline. They cannot be honest about anything.
