What is Sarah Palin's relationship to the oil industry?

My instincts tell me that the real story lies in the expectations the oil industry will have if Governor Palin is elected as VP.

Does she support the sales of Alaskan crude to Asian markets? Does she feel that new oil finds should be reserved for domestic use?

It seems that someone told John Mc Cain who to chose as VP, and a Governor from an oil rich state should come as no surprise.

I think this whole religious thing is nothing more than a smoke screen. It will divert the discussion. My instincts tell me that the meat is where she has met with the oil industry and the deals she cut.

Out of the smoke will come dick cheney and george bush if any meaningful investigation is done.
