McCain put himSELF ahead of "Country"

with his choice of Sarah Palin for VP.

If he really cared more about this 'Country' than himself, he would have chosen someone who was the best qualified, most experienced, and inclined to unite our nation, rather than divide it any further.

But he didn't do what was 'best' for the country- He did what HE wanted to. Why? Because he wanted a "maverick" like himself, (which is pretty egotistical) and because he hoped to capitalize on disaffected 'women' voters, so that he could win- at any cost-.

His choice was sexist at it's very worst. He bypassed other far more suitable 'woman' candidates, for the one who was a former beauty queen. To go with his Rodeo Queen wife, who replaced his tragicly injured first wife (a model and beauty queen).

McCain likes to USE his country to stroke his ego, and get attention. His fake humility is betrayed by his advertisements which portray him as virtually the only person in America who has ever 'served' their fellow man, and as a person who is "owed" the job of POTUS because he spent 5 yrs in the "Hanoi Hilton".

Whatever respect I had for this man, is gone. He's stolen far too much respect from this 'Country' as it is.

Real heroes don't play on the emotions of others for their own personal gain.


McCain is a sexist, egotistical old man, hiding behind a failing self effacing facade.

It's time America took a long hard look at what passes for Honor, Patriotism, and honesty. The package the GOP is trying to pass off on us is counterfit.
