and it's all 'family is off limits' crap.

4. as someone else on DU said, most of EVERYBODY has a compelling personal story!
It's like the saying about "everyone has a story that would break your heart."

Also, the next time a Republican tries to use the gender card in a completely unrelated way to the question, someone should say "The Republican surrogates for McCain have been calling Barack Obama 'young man' for months. How would you feel if democrats called Palin, who is younger than Obama, "young woman". I bet you would claim that it is 'sexist', huh?"

5. This is a story of unchecked avarice and ambition
Edited on Wed Sep-03-08 12:15 PM by C_U_L8R
And that's what make the little tiny hearts of Republicans go pitter patter

PS Don't you just love it when Republicans forget to send out the second page of the talking points.
Take this "compelling story" bullshit as an example... every single bloviating republican media head
is parroting the same talking point... "compelling story" yet not a single one of them can articulate
what the actual "story" is nor what is so fucking compelling about it. They missed the second page of
the talking points.... or there isn't any actual compelling story to begin with. Such bullshit.

11. But it is on the talking points list. They've gotta say it. Gotta Gotta Gotta.
Just like "she's got more experience than Obama does." and "She's a reformer."

Must.parrot.script. Extra points for including all talking points in one paragraph.

12. I guess this is what one says when you have nothing good to say
It's what I hear Democratic critics say. It's usually followed by "but."

14. The broadcast media and entertainment TV will start with her speech tonight;
then watch them parade her around to The View, Late Night shows, Oprah, etc and plaster her picture on every magazine. The media will go berserk, knowing 'muricans will eat it up.
