If McCain had picked Gretchen Wilson as his VP instead of Sarah Palin

I have no doubt that the talking heads, GOPers and talking points would all be the same as they are with Palin. (Gretchen Wilson is a country singer and self proclaimed "Redneck Woman")

"I think with Wilson being from Illinois it could really put a dent in Obama's home state numbers."

"She has the executive experience we need, on numerous times she has made the split second desicion as to whether her tour bus stops at Hardee's or Arby's for dinner. She has that much command and control to her."

The MSM is alomst fucking unwatchable. A lot of people would eat this shit up at face value. Didn't Michael Moore once get a Ficus plant elected to state senate? I think my head might explode tonight with the "insightful" color commentary regarding Palin's speech.
