Where are the Democrats?
During our convention, there were Republican hacks and office holders swarming everywhere and they were given all the camera time they apparently wanted. They all repeated the exact same talking points and lies, over and over and over...

I watched some of the early coverage yesterday on MSNBC, the prime-time snoozefest, and this morning. If Democrats are there, they aren't being given very much time. Yet the same Republican hacks and office holders are getting loads of airtime.

Love this 'liberal' media.

1. Larry King had some second string Dems on last night. That's it.

I think the Dems are hoping the GOP will self-implode.

3. DL Hugley was god-awful. He reminded me of Carvelle except he can't stand McNut.
We can do better than that.

It was like he had so much on his mind that it caused his mind and mouth to clog up.

4. Right. I know what that feels like, but he really should have gotten his
talking points/thoughts in order to prepare for the show.

5. Out campaigning.
Rather than attending a party no one cares about, that celebrates worse than nothing.

I think they knew that the RNC would be a total snoozefest, and don't want to waste the time. While McCain tries to figure out what the hell he's doing, and his handlers learn how to manage an erratic, vindictive veep of no accomplishment, the Dems are out winning.

7. probably sitting back to let the repubs hang themselves.
Right now anything they say will be used against them and Obama same as they are doing the media when they speak out or ask hard questions. I think they are playing it very smart. They can critize forums, blogs etc, but they know they can't hold Obama responsible for millinos of people on the internet. Especiall after Obama spoke out ovver the weekend. Obama and his team and all the dems are playing it smart. I am convinced we'll win in the end.
