What are these "SERVICE" placards all the Republicans are waving?
At first I thought they were supposed to be like Obama's "CHANGE" placards, but then it struck me -- what the hell kind of "service" would a Republican do? That's when I figured the signs were probably actually indicators for the floor waiters to bring them a new tray of champagne and beluga. Right? Or maybe they were calling for everyone else into service so they don't have to do it.

Of course, there's the mens airport restroom kind of service the GOP seems so fond of, but I don't think it fits this situation.

3. Cuz they had to scrap the ones that said "Experience" after Palin was selected.
That's my guess.

6. How lame can it be when Fred Thompson related every gory detail
of his POW experience last night, half of them lies.

11. Naturally, they conveniently forget their current President and Vice President
Their President ducked service in Vietnam because his father pulled strings to get him into the Texas Air National Guard...but he disappeared for a chunk of that time. Their Vice President didn't go to Vietnam at all, because he couldn't be bothered.

9. What's funny is how those signs are very glossy but also weak and flimsy
They are printed on such cheap material that they hardly hold-up at all.

Just like the GOP's policy positions ...
