WPTV interview with Joe Biden-- questioned on voting, hurricane ins, etc.
He talks about catastrophic hurricane insurance, voting, etc.

3. I was glad to know that they already have people in place
so the repukes don't try to steal Florida. But, I don't put anything past them at this point.
