I would also be very upset if I were the young man's parents. Now he is being dragged into the national spotlight and made the fodder of tabloids.

If you have a set of values, and they include kids not having sex before marriage, or having kids out of wedlock, what do you do when your 16 year old daughter tells you she is pregnant? First, you see what the child intends to do, and you give her support as best you can. Second, you try to keep her out of the public eye while she decides what she will do.

You don't do the one thing guaranteed to put your pregnant, unmarried daughter's photo on the cover of every newspaper and magazine in America.

Sarah Palin is a selfish, self centered person, the perfect Republican. Her values are about her choice, but she wants to impose them on everyone.
