does ANYONE realize...........that Reagan did the biggest reduction in taxes in 1983 by reducing tax rates, and the absolutely largest increase in taxes, by totally rewriting the tax code, in 1986? Tax RATES needed to be cut. And they still are. Reagan implemented the largest tax increase through the internal revenue tax code there has EVER been. In 1986. I'm a tax cpa. I lived through this. Bush changed the tax code by reducing cap gain tax rates from 28% to 15%. That's fine....reduce the rates of tax for all.
