Republican Video and African Americans

I just finished watching the video clip. They showed some of the founding fathers and then a shot of a slave in chains. After that a shot of Lincoln and a few other white presidents. Then I think they showed Martin Luther King Jr, but he had numbers in front of him, almost like mug shot numbers, and the rest of the clips I saw were of more white people. I may have missed something, and if I did someone please correct me, but it seemed like the only 2 pics of blacks were of a slave in chains and MLK with a number in front of him.
