The ONE area where the Bristol Palin pregnancy matters, IMHO

2. Sarah Palin believes "abstinence only" sexual education is the only way to go.


Bristol Palin is living, breathing proof that her mother's viewpoints on sex-ed are incorrect and misguided.



To me... that's the ONLY angle on the pregnancy thing that matters and is relevant.

3. No--Sarah Palin wants us to believe that her squeezing out a litter of

children makes her qualified to be VP--she uses her motherhood as a symbol of her conservative values, she even divulged the very date her son was going to Iraq (against military rules). She uses her children for political gain when they do things that HELP her, like join the military, but wants us to ignore the stuff that makes her look bad. Stuff like getting on a plane instead of heading to the nearest NICU facility to deliver a high risk pregnancy, stuff like using her daughter's CURRENT pregnancy to combat rumor (instead of just, say, DENYING the rumors or using other proof that Trig is hers). She violated her own daughter's privacy by agreeing to take the VP job. That's why Sarah Palin's family life and mothering matters--it shows her character. The poor girl is a victim of her mother's ambitions.

So, I'm not sure who she homeschooled.
