but they chose NOT to. And now that diligent "bloggers" have ferreted out information, and forced their hand, they are finally mildly interested.

Obama did not "make me do it"..I doubt if even his staff expected Mccain to do such a ridiculous thing, and they may not have even known this stuff about her, and most certainly their campaign did not organize this vast "blogosphere" to fan out and dig up dirt..

This is what the media does not understand..

WE ARE CURIOUS, AND WE KNOW HOW TO DO WEB-RESEARCH..This is what we DO.. No one MAKES us do it, and it's shameful of the media to try and get all heavy-handed with Obama to try and MAKE him "shut this thing down"....like he is so powerful that he can control millions of curious people with computers ..and the internet(s)

If a 59 yr old homemaker (me) ,can find out about stuff online...on FRIDAY....that a breathless Kyra Phillips has JUST DISCOVERED on MONDAY...after she GOES to Alaska, that's not saying much for the "Best News Network in the Universe"..now does it:)

Even after the state of Alaska shut down and "cleansed" their website, we still had "ways" of finding things..

The media needs to stop running to the candidates and asking them to "disavow" this or that, or to "tell (insert name of group here) to back off"..
