There is no comparison between runner up for Miss Alaska who can't even run a town of 9,000 without leaving it $20 million in debt, and a Wellesley and Yale Graduate who was twice listed as one of the one hundred most influential lawyers in America in addtion to her political accomplishments.

What bothers me the most is the assumption that feminists will praise anyone on a Presidential ticket with a vagina. It is offensive as hell.

6. problem is that don't do that when comparing
they just say "she's the hillary clinton of the republican party". like hell she is. i was an obama supporter in the primary, but as a young feminist who admires senator clinton a lot that offends the hell out of me.

4. I agree, I was never a Clinton supporter but it ticks me off.

I hope that Hillary will help Palin discover the error of her false bravado too.

is that they both shattered their credibility with lies. Him about sex, her about pregnancy. Clinton had done enough good things to salvage his term, but has she?

12. Faux News yesterday went on and on about how she was a female Bill Clinton
They were saying she's one of the greatest politicians of the era and had genuine people skills like Bill Clinton, able to persuade a crowd that she was one of them and shared their pain and their problems. It was sickening and very bizarre, considering Palin has never engaged in big-time politics at all.

13. I was a Clinton supporter
and the very thought of Palin ever being President terrifies the hell out of me. She hates everything Hillary stands for. I can't believe McCain would think Hillary's supporters would vote for him just because he picked Miss Wasilla as a running mate.

14. She is "the maverick" and "reformer" that John McCain picked. Again, I don't know how we counter
this rhetoric! The M$M is totally ignoring this woman's wingnut views, suggesting that she's pro-gay rights as well. She is not!
