Palin is going to be kept on a very tight leash by the McCain camp
For very obvious reasons. Once she gets asked questions on Iraqi Kurds or some obscure issue, she's toast.

I don't think we're ever going to see her do an interview on MTP or even Larry King.

1. Not to mention if she starts talking about birth-control she'll turn off every moderate woman
who had yet to reach a decision about McCain and Obama.

3. She may not be so easy to control..

That woman's got a (albeit addled) mind of her own.

4. Well, a woman needs to know her place. It says so in the bible.
And she is a whack-job religious-right god-squadder, so what more can you ask?

5. Might be problematic not letting her answer questions
that plays into the unqualified meme worse than messing up on questions because they are obviously hiding something by not allowing her to answer questions.

6. Their rally yesterday lasted a full 20 minutes
One reporter said it was the shortest presidential rally he had ever seen. McCain talked for about 7 minutes and then Palin talked for 13 minutes. Almost verbatim what they both said during her rollout event on Friday.
