Palin and CJ J Roberts are the latest stealth interns to emerge from a 20yr old program
that was part of the Eagle Forum founded by Phyllis Schlafly. This program was designed to place like minded recruits in/on school boards, professional organizations, neighborhood organizations, college staff/faculty etc.

These recruits were selected mostly at colleges (for their RW leanings) and mentored/ trained (brainwashed) in stealth methods to gain acceptance and influence in politics and organizations to further the goals of the RW. In their words, "Enabling conservative and pro-family citizens to participate in the process of self-government and public policy-making".

It is no accident that John Roberts wife and Palin are members of FFL, nor the CJ and Scalia are Opus Dei adherents.

Palin has been in political office for 13yrs (moving up the ladder from village offical to Gov). She may be portrayed as a lightweight but she has some very, very powerful backers.

Don't be fooled by the wrapping. This is a serious push to gained control of the WH.

14. The fundie type seem really blind and devious at the same time
It's like they are on drugs or something. You can point things out to them and how the rhetoric doesn't match means, tactics or end result but they just shrug it off. The facts and evidence doesn't have any bearing on their agenda, the only thing they care about is some visualized weird idea in their head :wtf:

15. Hmmm.... Maybe....
Maybe it comes from generations of living their life according to a fucking fairy tale? You think asking an invisible sky daddy to solve all their problems might be an indication of their capacity for rational thought?

Facts? Evidence? A fundie craves not these things!

8. It's needs to be taken seriously, they now control text book content , get billions of fed funds
and control foreign aid and military hospital policy for family planning and birth control(or lack of it).

9. They have to win first and I don't see it happening.
The only serious matter here is how good is the decision making capability of the republican nominee. He has shot himself in the foot with this.

Don't get me wrong I realize this isn't over but my take is that she is going to turn into his worst nightmare.

12. she is dangerous
and it has been noted by many savvy people that she should not be underestimated. We may see her, but many are blind and she is lovely.

7. They are stealth DOMINIONISTS. They are members of a
group that poses a greater threat to us than communism ever did, IMHO.

The Handmaid's Tale is their playbook.
